Beautiful people and wild nature in GeorgiaWe trekked in two different regions of The Greater Caucasus Mountains in Georgia: three organized treks of several days each around the Georgian Military Highway, and self-managed one-day treks in Upper Svaneti. We met splendid people who welcomed us with warm hearts; we were amazed by the beauty and by the force of nature; and learnt about the difficult life in those isolated regions. We trekked in Georgia during August and September 2007.
